Tasting notes
- Nose: Delicate malted grain sweetness, red apple, and cacao. There are also notes of grilled corn, cherry, and arugula in the Ex-Bourbon Cask version.
- Palate: Robust and fruity with cherry, strawberry jam, and more apple. The Ex-Bourbon Cask version displays spicy and oily notes, with grilled corn, peanut, ginger, and oak.
- Finish: Peach pit and pineapple fiber with a lingering hint of black pepper and oak. The Ex-Bourbon Cask version ends with warm vanilla, cinnamon, and oak tannin.
