Established in 1947, Domaine Brusset is located in the heart of the southern Rhone and is best known for its fine Gigondas.  Made from Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvedre, this Côtes du Rhône has a dark inky color, nice concentration and aromas of black raspberries, plums and garrigue.  The wine has medium body, moderate tannins, good balance, tangy cherry and raspberry flavors and a terrific long finish.  This is a well-made wine at this price point.  Another great find by the Vine!
