Oddero is one of the great traditional Barolo houses with a history spanning over 200 years, and their Barbera d'Alba is a great introduction to this house. Made from Barbera in the region of Alba, the wine is a dark ruby color with fragrant aromas of raspberries, black cherries, kirsch liqueur and dried herbs. Deep, dark and lovely, the wine is rich, moderately tannic, full of dark fruit flavors of black raspberry and cherry, with a tight finish. This wine was a favorite at our Holiday Party this year!
