The Nanfré Valpolicella is made to be a fresh, young, easy-to-drink wine.  It incorporates no dried grapes and uses no oak.  Made from 70% Corvina and 30% Rondinella, the wine displays a light strawberry color and exudes soft cherry and red fruit aromas with hints of flowers and spice. The palate offers bright raspberry and red cherry flavors, balanced by tart acidity, moderate tannins and a tangy finish.  Serve this delicious wine with Eggplant Parmesan from Leo's Grandevous.  Sustainable.
