Bishop Peak, at 1559 feet, is the highest of the Nine Sisters, the picturesque volcanic Morros stretching across San Luis Obispo County.  Bishop’s Peak wines are made by Talley Vineyards to capture the varietal and regional diversity of this area.  Antonio Galloni of Antonio Galloni's Vinous rated this wine 88 points.  “The 2022 Pinot Noir is laced with sweet dried cherry, crushed flowers, mint, cinnamon and dried leaves.
