Established in 1970, Ponzi Vineyards was among the first founding wineries in the Willamette Valley.  In 2021, Ponzi was acquired by the venerated Champagne producer Bollinger.  Eric Guido of Antonio Galloni's Vinous rated this wine 88 points.  “Dusty and floral, the 2021 Pinot Noir Tavola opens with hints of black cherry and dried roses.  It's softly textured and round with fresh acidity and ripe red and blue fruits.  This finishes with a pleasantly bitter tinge and framing tannins as touches of violet and lavender fade.”  (Jan. 2024).
