Domaine de la Pépière Muscadet de Sèvre et Maine Clisson 2020

The cru CLISSON is produced on the most southern part of the armoricain massif. The granitic subsoil is covered with gravels and sand or clays associated with river shingles. The deep-rooting is provided by the high draining qualities of these soils, which gives all the essential minerals to this exceptional cru.

Served decanted at 12-14°C, this wine is rich in the mouth, charming, and of exceptional finesse. On the nose, it exhales aromas of cooked fruits, ripe citrus fruits, honey and quince. A natural companion to scallops, smoked salmon and other fish in sauce, it will surprise you with pan-fried foie gras or cheeses of character.
