Domaine des Vieux Pruniers ("Estate of the Old Plum Trees") is a respected Bué producer in Sancerre.  This is our top selling Sancerre year after year with good reason.  The 2024 offers aromas of bright lemon and tart orange nuanced by gentle grassiness.  Elegant and medium-bodied, the palate echoes these notes with a deep, full-bodied feel, a core of chalky minerality, hints of white pepper and citrus peel, brisk acidity, and impressive length.  Serve this wine with goat cheese, the quintessential Sancerre pairing.  Sustainable viticulture with no herbicides.
