This wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel, with fruit coming from Coventry Vale-a change in site. Bright aromas of citrus peel, kiwi, herb and melon lead to a rich, flavorful palate, filled with tropical fruit, leading to a touch of warmth on the finish. The appeals is as much about feel as flavor.
