Freixenet Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine

Freixenet offers a line of alcohol-removed sparkling wines designed to provide a similar experience to traditional sparkling wine without the alcohol. These wines are produced in the Penedès DO of Spain. The alcohol is gently removed through methods like cold filtration or vacuum distillation at 40˚Celsius after initial fermentation. This process aims to retain the natural aromas and characteristics of the grapes.
