Pét Nat (Pétillant Naturel) is a sparkling wine made the ancestral method, where fermentation starts in a tank and finishes in the bottle, trapping natural carbonation. Organic and low-intervention, it’s typically cloudy, low-alcohol, and unfiltered, with no added sulfur. This Pét Nat is a lively and refreshing sparkler, pale pink with fine bubbles and aromas of peach, raspberry, grapefruit and white flowers. The palate is juicy and mineral-driven with crisp acidity and a refreshing subtly yeasty finish. This is a versatile food wine, excellent to serve as an aperitif. Certified Organic; Vegan.
