A limited release of High West Rendezvous Rye® finished in French oak port barrels. A blend of straight rye whiskeys. Nose: Cinnamon rhubarb and plum pie, Orange Jaffa cake, star anise, cedar box, toasted pecan with dates. Taste: Black cherry reduction, molasses, birch root, fig jam, and ginger bread. Finish: Spiced clove, blackberries, candied ginger, wooden spice box, and orange peel. How To Drink: We recommend that you enjoy this special spirit neat, due to its many layers of complexity, next to a warm fire as the snow piles up on the window sill. It also pairs beautifully with fig cookies!
