Forth Vineyards All Boys Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Forth "All Boys" refers to the vineyard blocks that are assigned to the Forth family's sons and grandsons. The All Boys Cab is a blend from Alexander Valley, Knights Valley and Dry Creek.  The wine has a dark ruby color and presents a traditional black cherry and cassis nose with subtle herbal and cedar notes.  Deep, dark and lovely, the wine displays excellent balance, supported by good acidity, fine-grained tannins, earthy mineral undertones, leading to a lingering dark fruit finish. Sustainable.
