Villa Dugo Pinot Grigio 2023

Color: Straw-yellow

Smell: Floral (white flowers), fruit (hints of citrus), mineral

Taste: Dry, fresh, refreshing and rather sapid

Vinification:

Traditional off-the-skins with fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where the aging on the yeasts takes place too, until the bottling

The Pinot Grigio Villa Dugo grows in three plots of land in the D.O.C. Friuli Isonzo zone, and specifically in Villanova di Farra, Capriva and Lucinico. The ages of the vineyards differ from each other, which makes for a more complex and deep wine.
