Bourbon County Cherries Jubilee is an imperial stout aged first in bourbon barrels, then finished in cognac barrels, with the addition of Montmorency cherries, citrus, and panela. Inspired by the classic dessert, it features flavors of candied dark cherry, soft vanilla, caramelized citrus, burnished cocoa, and dark stone fruit, with a rich and decadent mouthfeel.
