The Bourbon County Double Barrel Heaven Hill is a limited-edition Imperial Stout from Goose Island that was aged in two separate sets of freshly emptied Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon barrels. This double-barreling process results in a complex flavor profile with notes of warm vanilla, rich oak, and toasted marshmallow, along with the familiar dark chocolate and caramel notes of the original stout.
